Preparing Your Design File
- You can upload PNG or JPG files when uploading your image in the Marpple Editor.
- Please prepare images with a minimum size of 2,500px. (based on approx. 20cm print size)
- Enlarging a small image to meet size requirements may result in poor print quality.
- Do you have a professional print file (PDF, AI, PSD)? After completing your order with the Marpple Editor, please send the original file along with your order information (order number / name / contact information) to our customer service email (help@marpple.com) or via 1:1 chat.
Important Notes
- The actual print colors may differ depending on your monitor or mobile screen.
- Digital images created using drawing or design software (not photographs) may print with duller colors than expected. Please check with our customer support for more details.
- Depending on the production time or environment, there may be color differences even if the file is the same as the one used for previously produced items.
- If you have a specific print placement in mind, please leave a note in the [Production Request] section of your order, or contact us via 1:1 chat or email (help@marpple.com).
- Please make sure to check the actual product size before ordering.
Exchange / Return(Refund) Policy
All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept
returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the
products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.
Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

It's so good! !
I wanted to make a fabric poster instead of a kitchen curtain, so I looked it up,
but the production was so expensive..
I was about to give up when I found this place, and they said they'd make it in a week if I just put in the picture I wanted! ! The size was perfect too ❤️❤️
I just put a horizontal picture on a vertical poster,
but they kindly called me and asked if I had made the picture horizontally, and they said they'd drill a hole for me ㅠㅠ (I'm touched)
The hole was covered so well that it didn't interfere with the picture at all ㅎㅎ
I'm going to order again later if I get the chance ~~
I can't go to the beach often in the summer, so I replaced it with a poster, and it's so cool! Thank you 😁

ㅋㅋ I ordered a standing first row seat when Benson visited Korea, but I didn't have high expectations, but the size is huge and the printing(?) is so good that I really like it ㅋㅋ Next time I get a standing first row seat, I think I'll ask for a custom order. The result is not as satisfying as I expected. The print quality is good...but it seems like they chose the wrong cheap picture. It would be best if the picture suitable for this printing method were somewhat poster-like. It's a good experience. Again, the product quality is good.

But it comes out a little dark. As you can see in the photo, everything except the face and hands is dark and you can't see them...^_ㅠ
