All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

I think there is no limit to how much Maple can make with Naesaekku items. I work in an office and use ballpoint pens a lot, but I lose them really often. I think I’ve never lost a Naesaekku ballpoint pen because I know everything about them. Furthermore, the Maple clip pen can be separated from the ballpoint pen refill, so I can just refill the ballpoint pen refill after using it all up, which seems even more practical. The bright mint color is a really refreshing color for the summer. I regret not ordering several ㅜㅜ Maple’s printing is really clear and the color expression is satisfying, so it came out so pretty. Maple CS is always fast and kind, so I could trust them. I really liked the variety of colors, and I really liked that I could handwrite my initials on it. Since it's a clip-on pen, it's convenient to use by sticking it anywhere, and I can even make it my own item! My friend and I made it together, and we're all very satisfied!!
