- The actual print colors may differ depending on your monitor or mobile screen.
- Digital images created using drawing or design software (not photographs) may print with duller colors than expected. Please check with our customer support for more details.

Exchange / Return(Refund) Policy
All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept
returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the
products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.
Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

Cute. So cute. But the disappointing thing is the fabric and the contents inside..? I already experienced the Black Butler Manju, so I had high expectations for this product, but I think it fell short of my expectations. The fabric feels a bit stiff, but Black Butler was soft, so I guess I based it on that. However, the product quality is high enough to understand that point! If the official doesn't release the goods in the future, I'll make them myself 😍

It's really cute! It's the perfect size to fit in your hand, and it's soft and fluffy like mochi. Different expressions are printed on the front and back, and despite the round doll shape, the expressions are expressed well without any distortion. The printing quality is good, so it would be great as a gift. I want to make it again with a different design.
