All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

I'm so glad it was delivered right before the concert... I used it as a substitute for a bandana, and it's really big and soft >_< It didn't look like a bandana, but the color was soft and the quality was good! I was about to give up because there was no place that could customize just one piece, but luckily it was ㅎㅎ... I was so grateful that it arrived within a week of ordering >_< I found out that Maple Shop has a lot of goods this time, so I think I'll use it often when making custom products!! 💙💜💗❤️🖤

I made a scarf as a Parents' Day gift and my mom loved it so much that I made another one and gave it to my grandmother too! I think it would be a great gift too. I'm also very grateful to the staff who arranged the date for me. Maple is the best!

I was very worried because the lines weren't straight and the colors were rainbow-colored and flashy... I think it's because it's chiffon, but it seems moderately translucent(?)... I left it in the plastic packaging for fear of it getting wrinkled... I've attached the image... I'm uploading a photo because I thought it would be a good idea...
