Exchange / Return(Refund) Policy

All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

The print quality is really good. The eco-bag fabric is as expressive as paper, thin yet durable, which is great. I'm so satisfied with it that I consider it a canvas for my illustrations. As I've repeatedly pointed out, but... the stitching (machine) is terrible. I bought it because I believed it was domestically produced, but for the price, it's worse than cheap Chinese products. I'm so angry I bought a sewing machine and am having it repaired. The product needs to be inspected.

The print quality is really good. The eco-bag fabric is paper-like, with a nice, thin texture and a sturdy feel. However, the stitching (machine-stitched) is abysmal. I bought it because I was certain it was domestically produced, but for the price, it's worse than even cheap Chinese products.

The fabric is thinner than I thought. I think it's good for comfortable use in spring and summer. The color is light cream, so it matches well with anything. It's also big enough to hold a lot of things. The printing is clear and neat. I think it's a bag I'm really attached to because it's a bag I made with a picture I drew. People around me asked me to make the same ones, so I think I'll have to order a few more.

The print came out very clean and sturdy! It won't peel off even if it gets wet or scratched, and it's sturdy! The eco bag itself is nice and doesn't seem to break even if you put a lot of stuff in it. The handle is a bit thin and light, so you don't feel uneasy.
