All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

The children's size is so cute. I wish there were more colors. I wanted bright blue, but there was only dark color available. I wish the preview looked a little bigger, but I can't see it well and the text is a bit dark. ㅜ ㅜ I wish I could specify the image location numerically. In the end, I was able to finish it well this time because you contacted me by phone~^^ This time too, the printing condition and quality are the best. Everyone is going crazy about how pretty it is~♡

It was made better and prettier than I expected~~My child loves it~~ Even though it took a while to produce and deliver, it was worth the wait!! What's a little disappointing is that since they are twins, I ordered the same size and different colors, but the measurements are almost one size different. Even though it's the same size 15 label, the navy one is one size smaller. It's 6 years old now, but it's a shame that it will be a little smaller next year.

It's a shame that it wasn't a scanned picture, so it got a little blurry when I uploaded it brightly. I have no idea about the back plate, so the position of the picture is a little awkward, so that's a bit disappointing. Still, it came out better than I expected. Children's Macau travel photos I love it when you make t-shirts. It's not for winter under a t-shirt The cotton itself is very strong and the structure is meticulous. It's very thick I think I can wear it all spring, fall and winter. Surprisingly, I like the red t-shirt more. We got scolded for fighting with each other ㅜㅜ I didn't have hot pink, so I used red for the 7 year old. I’m satisfied because it’s a pretty red.
