All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

The length is right, but it's a shame that the arms and torso are not wide enough so it fits tightly. The material is good. When inserting the rear image, add the part excluding the part covered by the hat. You can only insert an image, but when you raise the hat, the printing position is awkward. The front side is different from the location where the image was uploaded. It is commonly located It is the left chest pocket and is printed in the center of the bag. I can't help but buy the clothes because I can't see them in person. I use Marpple for printing, but the benefits are very disappointing.

They pay attention to printing-related aspects and the quality is good. Delivery is also fast. I wanted something with thick fleece, so I ordered the one that looked thickest, but it was thinner than the winter hood I was thinking of. Instead, I like the hat because it is big. For size, if you wear M, it is 105. If you wear L, it is 105. It would be good to use this as a reference!

Wow~~~ The colors are so nice and cute, and the print came out well haha. They responded well in the meantime, and although the production period was very busy, it couldn't be helped (it wasn't slow), but it was very nice that the delivery came the next day haha. I made this as a Christmas present for my nephew, thank you so much^^
