To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

주문배송도 13일이 걸렸었고 이번에 다른 상품도 주문같이 넣었는데 색만 다른 같은 상품 두장 사이즈가 현저히 달라 이야기를 들어보려 마플과 통화했는데 그저 다음에 신경쓰겠다 다음 주문때 배송비조로 3천원 포인트 사용하라해서 그냥 끊고 속만 썩이다 나머지 옷들을 까서 입으려 세탁을 돌렸는데 한번 세탁했다고 이렇게 되네요….. 마플 진짜 상품 체크안하고 대충 물건 만들어 파네요. 너무 실망입니다. 몇 년 전 마플에서 제작했을 때 옷마다 퀄리티 다른거 알고 있었고 옷을 들여와서 인쇄만 올려주는 것이니 어느정도 그럴수 있겠다 했는데 그후 회사가 몇년이나 유지되는데 이정도 상품도 확인 안하고 팔다니… 저는 다시는 마플 안쓸것 같습니다.

I made it in 2022, and now I'm reviewing it.I've been wearing it for 2 years and washing it, but the print doesn't ruin much and I like it! I should have hand-washed it to keep the print, but it was annoying, so I just washed it in the washing machine! It's just like that except for a little crack~! Tee material is also good ㅎㅎ
