All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

I don't have anything to say about the printing because they did what I told them to do and did it well. If we were to review the case itself, I thought it was a mixture of pink and blue sand, but when I looked at it, it was just pink sand on a blue background. (Now that I think about it, if there were both pink and blue sand, they wouldn't have mixed nicely and turned into one color.) But it’s luminous! I recommend this to people who like it, but I sleep with my phone next to my head so it's a bit glarey. But it doesn't keep glowing and it's been a few months now and it's just a regular case haha. There is also an air bubble, and it feels like it is getting bigger little by little...

The print came out very neatly and I am satisfied! However, the colored sand inside the case is very stained. It doesn't go back and forth nicely in the liquid. It tends to clump up a lot. Even if you just leave it on the floor, it won’t sink nicely. It just looks spotty.. Just print on a solid color or transparent case. I think it would have been prettier Still, since it was made as a virtue item, I use it with virtue!
