All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

Since there is a design that allows customization of Avatar shoes, I didn't miss out and ordered a custom AirPod case before the period was over ㅎㅎ It's my first time ordering and it came out exactly as I wanted, I really like it,,ㅜㅜ I really want to make a lot of goods with the Avatar Star Shoe design, but I can't do it because of the beggar issue, but I think I did a great job customizing the AirPod case. I'm so happy that I got my own Avatar Star Shoe AirPod case, the one and only. Maple really acknowledges the quality.

Oh, I like it so much! The printing came nicely done. It felt like the lid of my AirPods was slightly broken. The case is sturdy and holds the joints tightly, making it stable and good. It's nice that you can attach a key ring to the side as well. The case is soft and feels good, and I like it even more because it feels sturdier than I expected.

The print quality is excellent. Delivery is good and individual packaging is also good. If it is transparent, a mark will remain like this on the main body. Please note that in the case of the Pro, a mark of double-sided tape is also visible. In the future, we plan to make it opaque.
