Product Info
Made of PET film, it is a durable and transparent photocard.
The thickness is 0.5t, which is thicker and more scratch-resistant than standard transparent photo cards (0.26t).
Due to its flexibility and thickness, it is not easily damaged.
For a softer appearance, it is printed without a white layer.

Notice
- Due to the characteristics of the material and the manufacturing process, there may be flaws, scratches, or printing press issues less than 5mm in diameter however, this does not allow for an exchange or refund.
- Remove the film protector from the print's reverse side.
- Using high-definition photos in the PNG or JPG format is advised.
- It could be challenging to print letters that are overly detailed appropriately.
- It is forbidden to make certificates, IDs, employee IDs for public companies, and student IDs without the consent of the relevant institution.
- The print area may smear or peel if ethanol, acetone, or hand sanitizer (even gel form) come in direct contact with the photocard or if the band is wiped with too much force with a moist tissue.
- The product may deform if exposed to high temperatures.
- Please use caution when using the card's edge since it could be sharp.

- A purchase order made by a minor may be cancelled by the same minor or his/her guardian if his/her guardian has not consented to such purchase.
Printing information
Preparing Your Design File
- You can upload PNG or JPG files when uploading your image in the Marpple Editor.
- Please prepare images with a minimum size of 2,500px. (based on approx. 20cm print size)
- Enlarging a small image to meet size requirements may result in poor print quality.
- Do you have a professional print file (PDF, AI, PSD)? After completing your order with the Marpple Editor, please send the original file along with your order information (order number / name / contact information) to our customer service email (help@marpple.com) or via 1:1 chat.
Important Notes
- The actual print colors may differ depending on your monitor or mobile screen.
- Digital images created using drawing or design software (not photographs) may print with duller colors than expected. Please check with our customer support for more details.
- Depending on the production time or environment, there may be color differences even if the file is the same as the one used for previously produced items.
- If you have a specific print placement in mind, please leave a note in the [Production Request] section of your order, or contact us via 1:1 chat or email (help@marpple.com).
- Please make sure to check the actual product size before ordering.
Exchange / Return(Refund) Policy
All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept
returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the
products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

I made it using a free production coupon and was surprised at how good the quality was. Since it is a transparent photo card, it seems to be produced with increased saturation to make it more visible, so I hope others can use this as a reference when making their own.
