Printing information
Preparing Your Design File
- You can upload PNG or JPG files when uploading your image in the Marpple Editor.
- Please prepare images with a minimum size of 2,500px. (based on approx. 20cm print size)
- Enlarging a small image to meet size requirements may result in poor print quality.
- Do you have a professional print file (PDF, AI, PSD)? After completing your order with the Marpple Editor, please send the original file along with your order information (order number / name / contact information) to our customer service email (help@marpple.com) or via 1:1 chat.
Important Notes
- The actual print colors may differ depending on your monitor or mobile screen.
- Digital images created using drawing or design software (not photographs) may print with duller colors than expected. Please check with our customer support for more details.
- Depending on the production time or environment, there may be color differences even if the file is the same as the one used for previously produced items.
- If you have a specific print placement in mind, please leave a note in the [Production Request] section of your order, or contact us via 1:1 chat or email (help@marpple.com).
- Please make sure to check the actual product size before ordering.
Exchange / Return(Refund) Policy
All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept
returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the
products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.
Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

I'm 166cm and 51kg, and the length covers half of my butt. It's a pretty oversized fit that doesn't cling. I recommend size S to those with similar specs to me.
I bought a thick one because I wanted to wear it for a long time, but it's really stiff and thick. ㅋㅋㅋㅋ If you get hot a lot, I think it would be better to buy a size 17 or 30. It's thick, and the clothes are black, so it gets really warm when exposed to sunlight.

As the name 'Heavy' suggests, the fabric is really solid and of good quality. I don't think the neck will stretch out much, and I don't think it will get sloppy even after wearing it multiple times. The light blue color has vivid color printing, and the black color has a clean logo printing. Both colors are perfectly expressed, and the printing is very clear. I want to make my next custom t-shirt here too.
