Exchange / Return(Refund) Policy

All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

Have you seen someone laying a store/car coil mat in the living room? Yes, that's me 😎😎 At first, I ordered it for the veranda, but the print quality was good and it was so pretty that I upgraded it to a living room item! 💫 Since it's for the veranda where you go out to do laundry/recycling, I put in a banana peel 🍌 image as a feel-good message and a warning against slipping. But now that I printed it with the carpet background that I wanted, it created a vintage and kitschy mood... So I put it under the beam projector. 💫 Dust accumulates under the coil, so you can just shake it outside once a month, and since it's also used for cars, it's durable and seems like I can use it for a long time. ✅TIP: When printing coil mats, prepare the image to be much brighter and clearer than you think, and at least 10cm in size. Due to the nature of the mat material, it becomes cloudy and dark with a vintage feel when actually printed. Bosses, doormats are now customizable.
