All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Please note that design edits are only available at the stage of 'Order Placed'. During the ‘Processing’ stage, any design changes or cancellation is not available. If you need design changes after your order please contact us through our chat system or via email.

I ordered a design I drew myself, and it turned out beautifully! The material is sturdy, and the MagSafe function works flawlessly, making it practical. Originally, I used a leather card wallet, but I think this light and transparent material suits me better in the summer. I like the transparent design because it looks pretty and trendy no matter what phone I put it on. I once lost a card while running, but this product has a clip that holds the card tightly, so I can run with my phone without any problems. I've been spending a lot lately, so I decided not to overspend, so I put in a cute puppy picture and a phrase, and I'm satisfied because the printing quality is good and it's neatly made. As expected, the quality is Maple♥︎ I put a cute puppy and my number together, so I think I'll be able to find it right away if I lose it. I can put in the phrases I want, and it's my own wallet, so I'm even more attached to it! My quality of life has improved since I got this MagSafe card wallet😇 Not only do I no longer have to carry around a separate wallet, but I also don't have to miss the subway because I have to look for my wallet in my bag🥹 The MagSafe magnet is quite strong, so I like how it sticks well to my phone. And it's convenient because it can hold two cards, and I really like the feeling of it snapping shut when I put the cards in :) I have no sense of design and I'm not good at Photoshop, so I wondered how other people make them pretty, but the basic templates in Maple are so well-made that I put in my favorite phrases in my desired font and I was able to complete a cute card wallet that's quite trendy these days✨😇 For those of you who are having trouble making one! I highly recommend using Maple's basic templates✨. You're saying it's more satisfying than you expected?! The phrases I put in were clear and neat, so I felt great the moment I received it, and the process of making it was easy and fun, so I'm 200% satisfied!
