Exchange / Return(Refund) Policy

All of Marpple’s products are personalized products required by customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at cs@marpple.com with pictures of the damaged items.

Easy and simple, super cute nametag! 🥰 When I try to make a nametag, I usually have a hard time because the fonts I can choose from are too limited, but Maple has many pretty fonts in both Korean and English, and I can upload my own images to make it, so it's great! I wanted to keep it simple, so I only used the fonts provided in Maple Editor, but the result turned out so cute, right? The keychain shape options are diverse, and I especially liked the many colors! My dog🐾 and the nametag have the same color, lol I also like the size of the ring that's good for hanging on a harness, and next time I want to make one in a teddy bear shape or circle.
